Called to Care

Loving one another is an important part of our call to discipleship.  One of the many ways

we live-out that call is through the Called to Care Ministry of St. Paul United Church of Christ.

Individuals from the congregation, who have discerned a desire to serve in this way, are given

the opportunity to visit with individuals to help them continue to feel connected to our faith

community. Called to Care ministers have the chance to visit individuals in their homes, in

assisted living facilities, and in nursing homes.   Called to Care ministers give those, whom

they call upon, the opportunity to feel connected to their church community through their gifts

of reflective listening, warmth, and friendship.
